Access path denied
by >Hornbrook

I have a new MatterControl Touch and I have successfully sent one stl file from my computer to the Touch and printed the file on my Rostock Max v2. I tried sending another file and was informed it was too big; tried changing the size and sending to no avail. l finally removed the file and tried another stl file. When I sent the file to the Touch I received an error message reading, Access to the path " _ _ _3stl" is denied. It shows the name of the file I removed and not the new file I'm trying to send. Can anyone help regain access? Thanks!

Can you be a little more specific about how you're sending the files? Are you using MatterControl to send files from the desktop version of the app to the MatterControl Touch via the 'Send' option, or are you sending the files manually using a different method?

MatterControl 1.4 now has the Cloud Library feature which makes sending files much easier so that is now our recommended method for transferring files to the Touch:
