MarkForged Mark One Professional Kevlar 3D Printer - Used

The Mark One Professional is the first and only 3D printer capable of printing with Kevlar (the same material used to make bullet proof vests). That means you can print incredibly strong, resilient, and industrial grade parts with this printer (your parts will be as strong as aluminum). Say goodbye to CNC machines and hello to the new Mark One Professional 3D printer.

This printer was used by the MatterHackers Team for testing and has about 15 hours of print time on it. The machine still runs great and is an amazing value at $6995!

Are you tired of printing flimsy and breakable parts on your 3D printer? If you need CNC quality parts with the flexibility of 3D printing, then the Mark One is the printer for you. The Mark One is the only 3D printer on the market capable of printing with Kevlar filament. This printer allows you to print parts that are stiffer and stronger than any other 3D printer. In addition to printing with Kevlar, you can also print with carbon fiber, fiberglass, and nylon. As a result you will have the ability to create parts with a variety of materials which are uniquely suited to particular applications.

The parts below are 30x stronger and stiffer than regular ABS filament.

How Does the Mark One Work?

The Mark One utilizes two print nozzles - one of the nozzles prints with engineering grade nylon while the other nozzle fills your parts with Kevlar, fiberglass, or carbon fiber. This unique method of 3D printing is called CFF™ (Composite Filament Fabrication™). This allows you to print parts which are as strong as metal and have a strength to weight ratio which is better than aluminum.
