Peopoly has been known for providing cost-effective resin-based 3D printers that can be used by hobbyists and enterprises alike. With the success of the Moai Series, Peopoly is doubling down on resin machines with the Phenom Series, with a focus on the manufacturing powerhouse - the Phenom Noir. The Peopoly Phenom Noir is the newest in Peopoly’s lineup of MSLA 3D printers and features massive build dimensions in all three axes, a 4K monochromatic LCD for fast, high-res 3D printing, and a modular construction for easy maintenance and upgradeability.

Let's break it down-

4K Black and White Ultra HD LCD for Ultra Fast Printing

The resolution of MSLA 3D prints is directly tied to the resolution of the LCD screen in its base. MSLA 3D printers utilize a UV grid underneath an LCD that selectively masks off and cures an entire layer at once. The Peopoly Phenom Noir has a 4K Ultra HD, monochromatic LCD that has two main benefits: the 4K resolution produces incredibly smooth surface and detailed layers of finished 3D prints and by using a monochromatic LCD, prints are three times faster than other MSLA 3D printers and lasts nearly twice as long before needing to be replaced. This means significantly faster print times, making the Noir one of the most efficient printers for rapid prototyping or mass-producing detailed 3D printed components.

Print Huge Batches or Full-Size Prototypes

This desktop MSLA 3D printer is one of the largest available and has an enormous build volume to match its size. The Peopoly Phenom Noir has an  11.6” x 6.5” build plate, and at this size you will be able to print dozens of parts all at once. By nature of MSLA 3D printing, it will take just as much time to print 100 parts at once as printing the same model on its own; each layer is printed all at once, so two 100 layer 3D prints will finish at the exact same time, no matter the contents of the layers. Unlike smaller MSLA printers, you won’t need to split up your models to fit them inside this giant 3D printer with its 15.7” build height; print all your high-resolution prototypes in one piece and cut down on your time spent post-processing and reassembling your models.

From huge batches as seen here to large models on their own, the Noir can handle what is thrown at it.

Modular Construction

Every Peopoly Phenom was designed to feature a modular construction and the Phenom Noir is no exception. Each of the subassemblies within the 3D printer can be removed from the frame easily for cleaning and general maintenance to assure you are getting the best results possible time and again.

Materials

To ensure the best possible results for every print off of Peopoly 3D printers, they have developed a line of resin tailor-made for their line of MSLA 3D printers. The Peopoly Deft and Neo Resin has been specially designed to work best with the wavelength of light produced by the UV grid in order to create the cleanest, smoothest, and strongest prints possible.

The Peopoly line of UV resin has been formulated to perform best with their MSLA 3D printers, including the Phenom Noir.
