I have a wood simple, not a metal but from what i've read you may need to manually set the z-offset since the probe is the z-switch.
M212 Z0 or M212 Z-.1

How do you do this on a Kossel Mini (Delta style)?
I have the correct nozzle-->bed distance set in the Marlin firmware.

@Guest, you should increase your Z height in the EEPROM.
