Creality3D Creality3D CR-10 V3 3D Printer
The Creality CR-10 is a milestone in quality-yet-affordable 3D printers, and with the V3, Creality3D has improved the design in impressive and surprising ways. With an exciting new frame design that increases stability during printing, a direct drive extruder, and a new resume-print function and filament run-out sensor, the CR-10 V3 is the smartest, quietest, most capable CR-10 yet.
Direct Drive Removes Friction from the Equation
Creality3D's most dramatic improvement to the design of their tried and tested CR-10 3D printer is the switch from a Bowden setup, to Direct Drive. By having the entire extruder and hotend mounted into one unit, the need for any filament pathing tubing goes away completely, which means much less resistance. That's exciting news for anyone needing to 3D print at higher speeds, and a total game changer if you need to print parts out of TPU or other flexible materials. With the V3, the CR-10 is the most capable Creality 3D printer yet.
The Print Surface that Knows When to Let Go
Creality3D developed the Carborundum glass print bed to make 3D printing simpler, without sacrificing capability. This new compound material holds on to your print when it's hot, but loses it's adhesion when it's cold. This means that the all-important first layer will stay exactly where it needs to, during the printing process, and then when the print is done and the bed cools down, your print will effortlessly release from the bed and you can simply pick it up.
No complex bed removal or messy adhesive required.
The Triangular 3D Printer Frame Keeps You Stable
Creality3D recognizes that your print is only as good as your printer's stability, so they've taken great care to design an incredibly sturdy structure that minimizes Z-wobble and maximizes smooth prints. All of this without enclosing the entire printer and hiding away the action. Get high-quality prints on a budget with the CR-10 V3.
Clean, Reliable Power
When looking for an affordable 3D printer, one area in which you simply can't skimp is the power supply. the lowest-end power systems struggle to reach the correct printing temperature in both the hotend and the bed, and even once they do, they fluctuate in temperature often ruining prints. But by using Mean Well power supplies in their machines, Creality has ensured that their printers can quickly reach and easily maintain print temperatures throughout your print. With 24 V and 350 W of reliable power, Mean Well and Creality have built the foundation for amazing 3D prints.
Quiet Operation: A Feature to Shout About
The CR-10 V3 is capable, sturdy, fast, easy to use, and won't break your budget. But on top of all of that, it's whisper quiet. By moving up to TMC 2208 ultra-mute drivers and implementing a new motherboard design, your 3D printer and all its amazing prints can be seen but not heard.
