How to Use the Iron-On Patch
|
1. Place the PU iron-on patch onto the surface of your project. |
2. Place a layer of protective heat transfer paper over the iron-on patch. |

3. Place a preheated (150-160℃) onto the paper-covered patch and press gently for 25-30 seconds. |
4. Remove the iron and paper. Once the patch is cooled, test that it has completely adhered to your project. If it has not, please repeat steps 2-4. |

Tips & Tricks
- For safety, please monitor the machine closely during the laser engraving and cutting process.
- When not in use, store plywood in sealed bags to maintain a stable moisture level.
- Make sure to remove the protective film from the acrylic surface before processing.
- When processing items such as stainless steel tags, PU iron-on patches, or aluminum cards, it is highly recommended to use a Laser Grid Panel for smoother engraving.
- If a Laser Grid Panel is unavailable, arrange the Laser Slats Pack tightly and place the stainless steel tag on top before engraving.
