Easy to Post-Process

Post-Processing for Grey Pro Resin

To ensure your Grey Pro Resin parts achieve their maximum performance and durability, follow these post-processing steps which include washing and curing procedures.

  • Washing Process:
    • Before using your printed parts, it's essential to properly wash them to remove any uncured resin. This step ensures clean and safe-to-handle components.
      • Duration: 15 minutes
      • Guidance: Begin with a 15-minute wash. Adjust the duration based on your part's geometry and the solvent's purity. Grey Pro Resin does not require any special washing instructions.
  • Curing Process:
    • After washing, curing is critical to finalize the part's mechanical properties, making them ready for real-world applications.
      • Duration: 15 minutes
      • Temperature: 80 °C
      • Advice: Parts printed with engineering-focused resins, like Grey Pro Resin, must be post-cured to reach optimal mechanical properties. A single 15-minute session at 80 °C is recommended for Grey Pro Resin to ensure parts function as designed.
