Polymaker Panchroma CoPE

Panchroma™ CoPE is a high-performance copolyester filament designed for fast, reliable 3D printing with exceptional surface quality. With strong bed adhesion and excellent bridging capabilities, it’s ideal for complex, high-speed prints and breakaway support applications.

Key Features of the Polymaker Panchroma CoPE High-Speed Copolyester Filament:

  • High-speed printing up to 400 mm/s without compromising quality
  • Smooth, premium surface finish with enhanced detail
  • Excellent bridging and overhang performance
  • Strong bed adhesion to reduce warping
  • Ideal as a breakaway support material for PLA

Note: Textured PEI plates are not recommended due to extremely high bed adhesion properties that can damage the bed. We recommend using Magigoo to help with release if using textured PEI plates.

A bed temperature of 40–50°C ensures good bed adhesion. Increase slighting for a stronger grip, but it is not recommended to exceed 60°C to prevent over-adhesion.

High-Speed Printing with Exceptional Surface Finish

Panchroma CoPE enables fast print speeds while maintaining a smooth, high-quality finish. Its advanced formulation ensures reliable performance even on complex geometries.

  • Supports print speeds up to 400 mm/s
  • Produces clean, smooth surface finishes
  • Handles bridges and overhangs with ease

Ideal for Breakaway Support Applications

Panchroma CoPE does not bond strongly with PLA, making it perfect as a breakaway support material. This allows for clean separation and easier post-processing.

  • Low adhesion to PLA enables clean support removal
  • Great for dual-material workflows with PLA
  • Enhances print quality on complex supported parts
