The HighTemp print sheet is intended for printing with special high-temperature materials, such as PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEI, PEKK, and PPSU, which may otherwise have poor (or too strong) adhesion on standard steel sheets. This sheet is compatible with Prusa Pro HT90.

Prusa Pro HT90 HighTemp Print Sheet
The Prusa Pro HT90 HighTemp Print Sheet is engineered for reliable printing with high-temperature engineering polymers. Designed for use with the Prusa Pro HT90 heatbed, it works with embedded high Curie temperature magnets that firmly secure the removable spring steel sheet during printing.
Unlike standard textured sheets, the HighTemp print sheet is specifically optimized for demanding materials that require elevated bed temperatures. It delivers excellent adhesion for advanced polymers such as PEEK, PEI, PEKK, and PPSU, while maintaining durability through repeated printing cycles above 100 °C. Due to its specialized coating, this sheet is not suitable for low-temperature materials like PLA or PETG.
The surface structure is similar to a standard textured sheet and is created through a powder-coating process on spring steel. This finish produces a distinct textured look on printed parts while helping hide minor wear or scratches caused by tools. Because the surface texture only scratches on the highest points of the coating, most marks will not transfer to the bottom surface of printed models.

Warning:
- Don't clean the HighTemp print sheet with IPA, acetone, or other alcohol-based solvents, as these can permanently damage the surface coating.
