Raise3D Premium PETG Filament

User-friendly filament for general applications

PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified) is an industrial thermoplastic 3D printing filament with excellent chemical resistance. PETG is strong, durable, with good heat resistance, and easy to print. PETG 3D printed parts can be used for prototyping, function-testing, parts assembly and much more.

  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Easy to print
  • High stiffness and strength
  • Good impact resistance

PREMIUM PETG IS AN EXCELLENT ALTERNATIVE TO ABS FILAMENT

PETG is commonly used as an alternative material option to that of ABS. Both materials have very similar properties such as durability and heat resistance unlike ABS, however, PETG is vastly easier to print with. Printed PETG parts are widely used in industrial thermoplastic applications and have been successfully used in manufacturing applications with and without post-processing. Please refer to the TDS & SDS for a full breakdown of material specifications.

Applications

  • Prototyping and design
  • Containers and bottles
  • Manufacture aids
  • Education and visualization

Benefits

  • Easy to Print
  • Chemical Resistance
  • Multi-color Options

Technical Specifications

  • Nozzle temperature (°C): 230-240℃
  • Bed temperature (°C): 70-80℃
  • Layer height (mm): 0.1-0.25 mm
  • Printing speed (mm/s): 25-70 mm/s
  • Cooling fan: Low or off
  • Drying temperature (°C): 70°C

Printing Considerations:

  • For better bed adhesion, brim or raft are recommended, and set bed temperature at 80 °C.
  • Turn off the cooling fan for the first few layers for less part warping.
