Most prints finish in under two hours. Engineered for speed.

A custom lens array and 28 LEDs deliver a uniform, highly collimated 6 mW/cm² light field that cures resin quickly and evenly. Release Texture V2 and a flexible film tank reduce peel forces for faster printing without compromising surface finish or fine detail.

  • Low VOC emissions

Low-odor Alpha Resins are the first to achieve UL GREENGUARD Gold*, an independent standard certifying low VOC emissions for homes, offices, schools, and other indoor environments.

  • Skin-safe parts

Alpha Resins are certified to ISO 10993 for long-term (>30 days) skin contact when printed on Form Studio 1 and post-processed per Formlabs guidelines. Printed parts are non-cytotoxic, non-irritating, and non-sensitizing.

  • Minimize risks

Liquid resin scores as a non-skin irritant under OECD 439, a standard commonly used in the cosmetics industry, to minimize the risks from incidental skin contact.
