Printing Tips
- TPU 90A has a high moisture absorption rate; therefore, it's strongly recommended to dry it to maintain proper layer adhesion. Additionally, seal with a desiccant packet.
- Drying Condition: Blast Drying Oven: 70 °C, 8 hrs
- X1 Series Heatbed: 90 °C, 16 hrs
- The speed should be less than or equal to 80 mm/s for ideal printing results.
- Adding a brim can significantly enhance stabilization by increasing the adhesion surface area.
- Use a hardened steel or stainless steel nozzle.
- Additional Settings:
- Build Plate & Bed Temperature:
- Smooth PEI Plate (30-45 °C); Textured PEI Plate (30-45 °C)
- Nozzle Temperature: 220 - 240 ℃
- Part Cooling Fan: 50 - 100%
- Bambu TPU 90A supports printing with PLA and PETG series filaments. For instructions on multi-material printing with PLA/PETG, please refer to the H2D Soft and Hard Filament Multi-Material Printing Guide.
- To keep your TPU prints clean and vibrant, we recommend using light-colored PLA as support material.
- Please note that the gradient effect of Bambu TPU 90A Blaze and Bambu TPU 90A Frozen will appear only ONCE in a 1kg filament spool.
