Peopoly's highest-end resin-based 3D printer is an amazing addition to the Peopoly Phenom Series lineup. In contrast to their previous printers, the Phenom Noir uses UHD monochromatic LCD MSLA technology - a combination of LCD and LED - that enables more uniform UV light and a higher quality print, at a level of speed and efficiency never seen in the field of resin-based 3D printers. With a build volume of 294mm × 165mm x 400mm, 4K high-resolution projection, an advanced resin vat system that minimizes peel force, and print speeds at nearly triple the Phenom's, the Phenom Noir is the star of the resin printing world. Only available at MatterHackers.
Phenom Noir uses MSLA technology - instead of controlling a laser to cure resin in a specific point (not unlike FFF printing), the entire layer flashes at once, then moves to the next layer. By selectively exposing the entire layer to UV light, MSLA technology significantly cuts down on curing time, when batch printing, or for large 3D prints. Further, the Phenom Noir's monochromatic light engine produces even more UV light, resulting in faster part production than similar printers. Thanks to MSLA technology, manufacturers and makers alike can now produce small-scale parts at once in large batches - this minimizes production time drastically, allowing for rapid prototyping and maximum product output. Additionally, since the Peopoly Phenom Noir is among one of the largest MSLA 3D printers available, larger one-off parts can be produced faster as well, saving more time for product iteration. The Peopoly Phenom Noir's monochromatic UV LCD panel is incredibly powerful, resulting in much faster curing at each layer of 3D print. Print times are up to three times faster all without affecting screen life. In fact, the screen on the Phenom Noir has been shown to last up to five times longer than standard SLA and MSLA LCD panels. You won't need to swap your screen until you've been printing for over two thousand hours. If you need to produce parts rapidly and consistently without any downtime, the Peopoly Phenom Noir is the printer for you.

The consistent and detailed results produced by the Peopoly Phenom Noir 3D printer provide engineers, designers, and manufacturers with peace of mind when creating prototypes and end-use parts. The Phenom Noir's reliability can reduce project timelines and cost by bringing manufacturing in-house - outsourcing is no longer needed when detailed parts and prototypes are right at your fingertips.
The specially designed riser motor minimizes sheering force, even with the Phenom Noir's deeper resin vat
Peopoly designed the Noir from the ground up, so the chicken and egg problem was completely avoided by developing a new resin at the same time, and with the same design goals in mind. Peopoly and MatterHackers highly recommends you use Deft Resin with your Phenom for the best quality results. Deft resin was designed by Peopoly specifically for MSLA resin 3D printing, and optimized with use on all Peopoly Phenom 3D printers.
Make large prints or many small parts at a rapid pace, all without losing any fine detail.
Print lightning fast with the Peopoly Phenom Noir MSLA 3D printer.
Please note that due to the size and packaging of this machine, your Peopoly Phenom Noir will ship on a pallet via freight, which could extend delivery times. If you are shipping a Phenom 3D printer to a residential address, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery. Shipments made to commercial addresses will be made without the need to schedule a delivery.
