Siraya Tech Fibreheart PETG-CF HF
Carbon-Fiber Reinforced for Superior Strength
Siraya Tech PETG-CF HF is a high-flow, carbon-fiber reinforced PETG filament engineered for fast, reliable printing at speeds up to 150 – 200 mm/s. The carbon fiber reinforcement significantly enhances stiffness, impact resistance, and layer bonding, while the optimized high-flow formulation ensures smooth extrusion, excellent surface quality, and dimensional accuracy—making it ideal for functional and production-grade parts.
Key Features of the Siraya Tech Fibreheart PETG-CF HF Filament:
- High-Flow Performance: Optimized for ultra-fast printing up to 200 mm/s without sacrificing strength or print quality
- Carbon Fiber Reinforced: Increased stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability compared to standard PETG
- Excellent Layer Adhesion: Strong interlayer bonding improves impact resistance and part reliability
- Durable & Chemical Resistant: Withstands mechanical stress, oils, and common solvents for long-term use
High Flow, High Speeds
PETG-CF is optimized to print 2x faster than standard PETG. This filament delivers smooth, consistent flow at speeds up to 150 - 200 mm/s without compromising strength or quality.
- Maintains stable extrusion at elevated speeds
- Faster throughput for efficient prototyping and production
- Reliable flow ensures strong layer bonding and accuracy

Printing Tips
- Storage: Store in the provided moisture-resistant packaging when not in use. For prolonged storage, using a dry box with desiccant is recommended.
- Drying: If moisture is present, dry at 70 - 80°C for 4-6 hours. Find filament dryers here.
- Printing: Ensure a clean, level print bed at 80°C for ideal conditions. Enclosures are recommended to maintaining consistent print temperatures for improved adhesion and reduced print failures, especially for larger prints. The recommended nozzle is hardened steel or higher graded to prevent wear and tear from the abrasive carbon fiber content
- Additional:
- Printing in a well-ventilated area is recommended
- For supports, a raft separation distance of 0.16 - 0.18 mm is recommended
- For functional parts requiring maximum strength, use 100% infill with ±45° infill angles for most optimal results
