Printing Tips
- The xTool Apparel Printer works exceptionally well on cotton and polyester, with prints remaining vibrant and durable after multiple washes.
- You can track key metrics using the xTool mobile app for real-time updates.
- The included roll of film is a hot peel type. Be aware that peeling at high temperatures may indicate that the adhesive is still above 110°C (230°F) and hasn’t solidified fully, but it doesn’t require cooling before peeling.
- For better durability, press the film at least twice for 6 seconds each, using a pressure of over 0.7 MPa.
- After each press, cool the fabric in a cooler area for 10-20 seconds before peeling.
- Place the pattern back in the same area and press again at 160°C for 6 seconds.
- For larger patterns, it is recommended to press a third time to ensure quality.
- If you choose the Versatile or All-in-One bundle, preheat the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven for 20 minutes before use.
