With sharp coloring and high opacity, our PRO Series MG94 ABS will give you the professional finish you desire. Made from premium Sabic resin featuring enhanced flow properties when compared to other ABS resins and less tenancy to warp up off the bed, MG94 will not disappoint. In addition to these features, all PRO Series ABS is manufactured in the USA and features a tight dimensional accuracy.
EASY POST-PROCESSING
ABS plastic is not only easier to sand than PLA, but also dissolves in acetone. This means complex projects can be printed in smaller pieces and solvent welded together with a unbreakable hold. There are many post-processing options with MG94 ABS 3D prints, check out our video on ABS juice, glue and slurry. Another common post processing procedure is vapor polishing. By leaving an MG94 ABS part in a container with acetone the vapor will dissolve a very thin layer on the surface of the part, erasing layer lines and bringing out a glossy finish.
