I want to introduce the newest generation of the Pulse Family - the E-Series. This is our 5th generation design that leads the industry in technology, usability, and most of all - capabilities. This is not just a machine to create functional prints - Pulse is here to facilitate accelerated timelines and be a partner in your journey to crush productivity and expand capabilities.

We’ll get into the specifics of E-Series more, in detail - but let's take a step back and look at the Pulse platform overall.

Pulse, at its core, is a highly robust and sturdy 3D printer used successfully  for a broad variety of applications around the world. You can rest easy knowing that the Pros at MatterHackers have created a solution that can be customized to suit your specific needs . Whether you need components hand-picked for higher 3D printing temperatures, a machine designed for handling abrasives, or both, this customizable, USA made 3D printer has you covered. You can pick and choose which features are most important to you, while still having a robust platform to build off of. And, the Pulse is constantly improving and incorporating new and exciting technology as the 3D printing industry grows.

Made-To-Order or Built With a Purpose

Pulse was founded on the principles of offering a fully assembled 3D printer that is built to fit your specific printing needs straight out of the box. Want an all-metal hotend to achieve higher temperatures and print with more materials? Done. Want a 32-bit controller for faster, smoother printer? Easy. Abrasive resistant nozzle for stronger carbon fiber filled materials? No problem. Each and every option you choose for your custom Pulse 3D printer will be installed  by the Pros at MatterHackers in our Orange County, CA facility where every Pulse 3D printer is made.

If you need some direction on what features are typically the most popular or effective to add, we've got you covered with tailor-made bundles like the Pulse XE which is built to excel when 3D printing with advanced materials like NylonX, or the Pulse HV for High Volume output which is designed to cut down on manufacturing time and produce stronger bonds between larger layers.

Robust Construction

The components that comprise the Pulse 3D printer were selected for their robust performance after rigorous development and testing. Pulse has been built upon proven, open-source designs to utilize the best that has been created within the 3D printing industry. Every component that goes into a Pulse 3D printer is reliable and well known for its 3D printing capabilities—the BLTouch Bed Leveling Probe allows for any bed surface material while maintaining a uniform first layer; high-quality E3D and Slice Engineering hotend options satisfy various temperature and material needs; robust and strong Bondtech extruders deliver supreme torque on even the toughest filaments; and the 3D printed components made of MatterHackers’ PRO Series RYNO provide functionally strong and durable protection of the electronics and other hardware on the machine .

The Latest and Greatest

As the 3D printing industry progresses, so too does the Pulse. With the E-Series, the new standard controller board for all Pulse 3D printers features trusted Trinamic stepper drivers, bringing virtually silent 3D printing and the latest features of Marlin 2.0 firmware to the Pulse lineup. The new 24V system enables more efficient operation and quicker heat up time for both the hotend and the newly designed heated bed. The entire Pulse frame is even more rigid providing stability to the platform resulting in the most beautiful 3D printed parts. And because everyone finds their own workflow and procedures, more firmware integrations will allow you to run your Pulse untethered and use whatever slicer you prefer.
