Formlabs Form Studio 1 Alpha Resins

Formlabs Alpha Resins are the material line built for the Form Studio 1, Formlabs’ professional resin printer.

Formulated from scratch for its light engine rather than carried over from the Form 3 and Form 4 lineup, they print faster and cost roughly a third of Formlabs’ General Purpose resins while reaching about double the elongation at break. They are also the first 3D printing resins certified UL GREENGUARD Gold for low chemical emissions, and post-processed parts meet ISO 10993 requirements for long-term skin contact, which makes resin printing practical in an office, a classroom, or a spare room instead of a dedicated ventilated shop.

Choose Grey, White, Black, or Clear for display-ready prototypes and presentation models at 100 microns, Alpha Model for the fine detail that miniatures and scale models need, or Alpha Fast when you want a full build volume in under two hours. All Alpha Resins ship in 1 L cartridges and run exclusively on the Form Studio 1.
