Proto-Pasta HTPLA Series

Proto-Pasta HTPLA Series

HTPLA was designed in-house is a PLA that can be printed at standard temps, but benefits from being printed at higher temps, and can even be heat-treated after printing for increased stiffness and durability. HTPLA will start to crystallize at higher temperatures (@250°C) while maintaining a matte finish. In addition, HTPLA does NOT require a wear-resistant nozzle, but the strength of the printed pieces is comparable to carbon fiber HTPLA!

Technical Specifications
  • Print Temperature: 190°-230°C
  • HTPLA does NOT require a wear-resistant nozzle
  • Can be heat-treated up to 250°C for even more rigidity and stiffness
