Terms and Conditions
Overview: The Launchpad program provides support and training for customers who purchase a Prusa MK4S, Prusa Core One+, or Prusa XL. It includes a one (1) hour virtual consultation with a Service Technician. Services expire 3 months after delivery.
1. Included Services
- One (1) Hour Video Consultation: Virtual video session with an Application Engineer to assist with setup or address questions. We recommend unboxing and setting up your printer before the meeting. If applicable, pre-assembling your printer (if you purchased a printer kit) before the meeting is also highly encouraged. However, if you prefer our one-hour guidance during those steps, feel free to use your Launchpad session for those stages.
2. Expiration of Services
- All included services must be used within 3 months of the 3D printer's delivery date.
- Unused services do not carry over, transfer, or qualify for refunds.
3. Additional Services
- Extra virtual consultation time is available for purchase hourly.
- In-person training is available in select U.S. locations (contact services@matterhackers.com for more details).
4. User Responsibilities
- We recommend (but don't require) that printer setup is completed as per the video guide before scheduling the consultation.
- A stable internet connection is required for virtual sessions.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Launchpad services are non-refundable once the video guide has been accessed or the consultation session is scheduled.
- Launchpad services are not separately refundable when purchased in a bundle.
- Launchpad services are non-refundable after service expiration.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited session time.
6. Limitation of Liability
- MatterHackers is not liable for issues arising from hardware setup, software errors, or user actions. The guidance provided is for educational purposes and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
