Clean, Safe, and Effortless
Insert a cartridge, tank, and build platform, and automatic resin dispensing handles the rest. Each resin tank has a reusable lid, so you can store resin in its own tank and switch materials by sliding in a different one. Add Form Studio Wash+Cure and the VOC Extractor for a complete workflow from file to finished part.

Release Parts With a Flex
To get parts off without a scraper, Build Platform Flex lets you flex the plate until prints pop free. It comes with every Flex package and with the Aqua, Teal and Violet Founders Editions. Graphite printers come with the standard Build Platform or Build Platform Flex, depending on the package you pick.
Keep your gloves on until parts are washed, since they still carry liquid resin.
Wash and Cure in One Footprint
To finish parts without a second machine, Form Studio Wash+Cure washes them in stirred solvent, then cures them on a turntable under 405 nm light. When a print finishes, Form Studio 1 shows the recommended wash and cure times on its screen.
Wash+Cure comes in the Complete and Supreme packages. The Professional package uses Form Wash V2 and Form Cure V2 instead, and Form Cure cures parts three to five times faster because it adds heat.
Cleaner Air While You Print
To keep resin vapors out of your workspace, the VOC Extractor connects to the exhaust port on the back of Form Studio 1 and pulls the air through a pre-filter and two activated carbon filters.
Alpha Resins printed on Form Studio 1 with the VOC Extractor at fan speed 2 are UL GREENGUARD Gold certified for low chemical emissions. The certification covers printing, not washing, so plan ventilation for your wash solvent too. The VOC Extractor is included in the Supreme package and sold separately for the others.
