Please note that the SNAP is only compatible with E-Series Pulse 3D Printers manufactured starting April 2021. If you are able to remove the wire cover of your hotend extruder setup without a screwdriver, your Pulse 3D Printer is most likely compatible with SNAP.

Switching between hotends and nozzles has never been easier on the Pulse than with the SNAP Quick-Change Tool Head! This adaptable tool head was engineered specifically with customer convenience in mind. This system attaches to the X-axis tool head system using magnets that use a force strong enough to keep the tool head in place during printing while also having enough leeway when detaching it to switch between different extrusion configurations. Not a fan of the standard method for switching nozzles? Dread the tedious process of upgrading a hotend system? Can't afford to have any downtime with a clogged printhead? SNAP Quick-Change Tool Head is your solution for all of those issues, hindrances, and more thanks to its thoughtful design that has a number of different printhead configurations pre-assembled for your specific needs.

SAME PRINTER, NEW TOOL HEAD–ACCESS A VARIETY OF TOOL HEAD OPTIONS ANYTIME WITH A SNAP

The SNAP Quick-Change Tool Head is available in a variety of hotend setups. Whether you intend to print with the standard fan-favorite filaments like PLA or ABS or the more advanced materials like NylonG and NylonK, all Pulse 3D printers can print any of that without needing to purchase an entirely new printer or without having to do tedious upgrading. Bought an E3D Lite6 and want to upgrade to an E3D V6? Purchase the printhead for it. Have the need for print speed on a tight project schedule? The Magnum Mosquito configuration is available to go. Want to switch back to the V6 for finer layer lines? No problem. Switching between printheads on a Pulse 3D printer only takes a SNAP

UPGRADING AN EXTRUSION SYSTEM IS EASIER THANKS TO SNAP QUICK-CHANGE TOOL HEAD

Easily take your Pulse 3D printer to the next level with SNAP Quick-Change Tool Head. Using magnets to attach the printhead onto the X-axis tool head system, this design allows the hotend to remain firmly attached to the printer while still leaving the option to detach when desired. Why would you want to detach your printhead? To make switching between hotends, nozzles, or the entire extrusion setup easy and quick! Bought an E3D Lite6 with a brass nozzle and want to switch to a setup that prints advanced materials like NylonX? Hardware installation is as simple as unplugging, swapping, and reconnecting. With the FDM 3D printer turned off and cooled down, unplug all the wires connected to the hotend, separate it from the tool head, attach the new tool head, reconnect everything, and the hardware side is ready to go! Upgrading your 3D printing experience now requires less tools, time, and energy thanks to SNAP Quick-Change Tool Head.

Upgrading and replacing extrusion systems is a whole lot easier and faster with SNAP Quick-Change Tool Head.
