Removable Magnetic Flex Plate
One of the most notable upgrades on the CR-20 Pro is the addition of the removable, magnetic flexplate. Getting prints off your bed is as easy as taking off the flexplate and giving it a little bend. Your print should pop right off, and you're ready to place it back on the magnetic bed and start your next print.
If you pick up an extra BuildTak FlexPlate you can swap plates and start your new print before you've even removed your last. That's just part of how the CR-20 has gone Pro.
Next Level Bed Leveling
The CR-20 Pro has a touch probe! The touch probe maps the entire surface of the print bed and adjusts for any variation--no matter how subtle--making sure your print adheres beautifully. This feature is commonly found only on premium machines, but with the CR-20 Pro, the touch probe is a standard feature.
Safety and Stability
Creality3D has improved the durability and robustness of their 3D printer line by upgrading its fundamental structure. The power supply is now from Mean Well, a brand known for its reliability in electronics for over 35 years.
Creality3D also improved the Y-axis gantry to a 40mm x 40mm extrusion, ensuring that the build plate will be as consistently level as possible, print after print after print.
The inclusion of these trusted names and methods ensures the safety and stability of the CR-20 Pro, allowing you to take your printing to new heights.
Hackable and Upgradable
The Creality 3D printer line is completely open-source, allowing for add-ons and upgrades of almost every component on the machine. From a BL Touch automatic bed leveling probe, to a Micro-Swiss or E3D all-metal hotend, to a Bondtech extruder - the Creality 3D printers give you an awesome foundation for experimentation.
